I am asking about connecting to enquire about saving account not cc agent.. cc agent and fraud enquiry options are there but not for general enquiry. Even if i try to enquire general information on fraud equiry option they disconnect call by saying only for fraud enquiry.try pressing 9 (or 8)... they dont say it over IVR but you get connected to CC agent

Visit branch and submit the request or you can even try mailing them.Though i just wanted to enquire about what is lowest chargeable debit card.. as i have received millennia debit card.. n i don't want to use it.. as i have other credit card for shopping purposes.. so wanted to downgrade. They dont provide this information on fruad option or complaint number .. they always say select valid option on IVR but there is no option for me.
