HDFC regular saving how to connect customer agent for general enquiry

I have HDFC regular saving, but there is no option in IVR to connect customer agent for general enquiry. Can you tell me how to connect to a customer agent?
 
Earlier in didn't have any account still i used to talk and now i have a savings max account
looks like now they have moved this option to max saving account only, anyone with the regular account can connect with agent for general enquiry not for fraud or loss enquiry, I am just asking for general enquiry.
I have recently opened hdfc account and have both icici and hdfc accounts.. looks icici provides way better service than hdfc, also icici app is way better than hdfc.
 
try pressing 9 (or 8)... they dont say it over IVR but you get connected to CC agent
I am asking about connecting to enquire about saving account not cc agent.. cc agent and fraud enquiry options are there but not for general enquiry. Even if i try to enquire general information on fraud equiry option they disconnect call by saying only for fraud enquiry.
 
Though i just wanted to enquire about what is lowest chargeable debit card.. as i have received millennia debit card.. n i don't want to use it.. as i have other credit card for shopping purposes.. so wanted to downgrade. They dont provide this information on fruad option or complaint number .. they always say select valid option on IVR but there is no option for me.

Visit branch and submit the request or you can even try mailing them.
