HDFC regular saving how to connect customer agent for general enquiry

I have HDFC regular saving, but there is no option in IVR to connect customer agent for general enquiry. Can you tell me how to connect to a customer agent?

with regular account i was not able to connect to executive for general information but now i have upgraded to max savings and can connect with them. Hdfc is doing discrimination here, there should be a option for regular customers too.

same as regular 1800 202 6161, but in savings max there will be a option on ivr to press 9 and connect to executive
