I think it's Enabled by default. My RM, customer care both said the same thing. Honestly, I don't agree so have sent an email to grievance.
Honestly, coming to HDFC feels like 90s Banking. In my 15 years of banking with Citi and Icici, I hardly went to branch for any work not here,
