The one with diamond shape print? Did you apply for the account online or offline? Can you confirm with your banker if its LTF or paid? And is this the only accuont you have with HDFC or are you enrolled in like a banking program like Preferred Banking?

Yes, the one with the diamond print. I applied online and this is my first account with HDFC. So no classic or preferred status yet. Only had credit cards (DCB, Swiggy and Neu) till date.
Will confirm via email whether the platinum card is free or not.

I have also taken confirmation from Customer Care via email that the new Platinum Debit Card is free for Savings Max account.

I have an HDFC Savings Max Account, since my company isn't partnered with HDFC, I can't convert it to Salary Account, I am thinking to switch my salary to ICICI where my company is partnered and park balance in HDFC, will it change the situation in any way with HDFC or should I keep my salary coming in HDFC ?

No issues as long as you either maintain 25k amb or 1.5L in FD.
