It depends on MCC
Many times AZ FK sends wrong MCC to bank that's why it happens.
It happened to me recently on an iPhone purchase on FK , they send marketplace MCC (5262) to bank that's why i have rcvd only 1% cb instead of 5%.

Yes , I called hdfc bank
They said we can't do anything, MCC is decided by merchant. So call to Flipkart
Now Flipkart customer care doesn't have knowledge about this issue. They are unable to understand my issue.
So left there...

I avoid using Swiggy card for anything except Swiggy these days. Mcc issue is a headache. Faced the same on 1mg. Better to use sbi cashback card.

Absolutely right. Earlier I did some transactions on Flipkart where they gave 1% cashback instead of 5%.

No such restrictions afaik. Complain karo.
