HDFC will start reporting the Total Credit Limit instead of Utilized Limit from May 2023.



P.s. - Previously, HDFC was not reporting total credit limit to Credit Bureau. Due to this, usage calculation was high which wasn't true & lt led down the user's credit score.

Just checked through onescore my cibil is the same no changes 791 which is. Hdfc is showing my full limit and experian score of mine 818, reduced by 26 point cause of 3 enquiry it seem.

My experiean score got reduced by 100 points from the last 3 months, may be due to applied for multiple cards and even cards got approved almost.

Even my experian went down 25 points without any new changes being made.

Looks like experian is finally correcting its algo. It gave 850+ to most people.

It was a pleasant surprise when I checked my score today. But I've got it only for one of my cards, the other card hasn't been updated. Also it will be interesting to know how they do it, since my Infinia and Infinity have a shared limit.

Both my cards now show the correct (shared) credit limit.

Perhaps all the noise we made on this community (@TechnoFino even made a video) finally reached their ears!

Checked CIBIL in Gpay. It is still not showing any credit limit. But score went up by 5 points. Did nothing different this month. So mostly Hdfc has reported but Gpay is not showing

HDFC has started to report actual credit limit to bureaus. Just now checked my CIBIL the 31st May data is already updated with actual credit limit mentioned in it. CIBIL went up 6 points because of this for me.

Check yours.

I just checked my latest cibil report and hdfc did report my real full limit.

HDFC has started sharing the actual credit card limit with CIBIL. So if you have more limit in your HDFC CC and you want to go for CC LE of another bank using HDFC CC, you can go forward!!
