For decades, every Hotel outside India in every city in every country, has always checked my passport at the time of check in.

And specially for Accor hotel rooms booked using points, the account holder has to be present, according to Accor rules.

how can they ask DrSel to show his passport ? you can simply flex your TF profile

There are many users reporting that their Accor accounts are getting hacked and points will be used later, Account will be blocked. Account will be hacked and you will not get any mail or intimation (most cases) that your points are being redeemed and users book hotels in (Russia, Dubai, China or elsewhere). Users can identify the hacking only when they login to accounts.

Thanks @BVC. The number that you mentioned in the thread doesn't seem to be correct. It's directing to some health insurance company
I contacted this number 00 08000501915, but they don't seem to pick this one up

Also, does mailing support@accorplushelp.zendesk.com help? I already mail members@accorplus.com and already said that regular accor customers' complaints won't be entertained with accor plus emails
