Help needed regarding SBI online CC application

Hi there, I have been trying to apply for SBI credit card since yesterday but there seems to be some weird issue with their website. After filling the initial details and getting the application reference number, the page gets stuck where we fill out company address details. The next button doesn’t highlight so not able to move to the income details section. Called customer care and they said they can’t help as it’s an online application.

Does anyone have any clue what to do next?

@John123 SBI is SBI !! I received a call from some lady informing me about the KYC requirement for the card. She wanted to send someone for physical verification to my address but I told her that I will go for eKYC. Next, they shared me a link & video KYC was done. However, when I check the status of my application now, here’s what it shows.

Not sure what’s coming next 😀

Never do ekyc in sbi... Ur application will mostly get stuck or rejected..... The physical kyc applications are processed much faster. .. Experience of 13 applications of sbi....

Yes, video kyc would be better. I dont know why they insist us for offline kyc.
Please update SBI's strategic moves here 😅

@John123 Got another call today & they verified my details & did one more aadhar verification (OTP & esign). They confirmed the card variant. Glad that I am getting BPCL Rupay variant 🙂
Next, I will be getting another call from SBI where I have to confirm my address details & then the card will be dispatched.

But it is not that easy..... Sbi peoole are the most optimistic people... They will tell u your card us approved even before applying.... So take it as a pinch of salt....

Haha, sure. I’m not very eager for the card anyway. Just getting it for online instant discount offers as I don’t have any other SBI card. If they approve, good, if they don’t, go to hell 😛

Congrats Suhail 😅🙌.
Currently I'm waiting for my 3rd party agent call. Lets see how it goes.
