Help needed regarding SBI online CC application

Hi there, I have been trying to apply for SBI credit card since yesterday but there seems to be some weird issue with their website. After filling the initial details and getting the application reference number, the page gets stuck where we fill out company address details. The next button doesn’t highlight so not able to move to the income details section. Called customer care and they said they can’t help as it’s an online application.

Does anyone have any clue what to do next?

I just got a call once. They just asked me about my name and bank statements (which i said I've uploaded with the form on sprint). It has been a week since then. Wondering if I should cancel my application.

Think twice before applying for SBI card, they are not particular in reporting payments to Cibil. Recently I have noticed in my Cibil account that they are showing amount equivalent to my 3 months of payments as due. The fact is I always pay my due in time. The result of this act of sbi card my Cibil score hits a lot. After my yesterday’s mail they called me today and said it will take 3 months to reflect in Cibil repot. After this disgusting answer I have decided to close my 10 year old account.

Didn’t solve it. I left it there and then got a call next day from their sale team who confirmed the details, scheduled my vKYC and then SBI address verification over call happened.

U wont get the exact reason even after complaining to nodal officer... I have been rejected 14 times.... I now have 5 cards.... When I applied for first time in feb 2022...had none.... Everyone else is giving card except sbi

I would say ‘Go to hell’ SBI 😡 Useless Bank!

Increased by 80 points.....currently... 776

Sbi do a enquiry of 100 rs... I think this is the reason for hardly any drop in cibil...

Hi suhail, This is a surprise from SBI. I thought your card was approved. We can't believe SBI until we get the card delivered. Currently my status is at
tele verification.
