Help needed regarding SBI online CC application

Hi there, I have been trying to apply for SBI credit card since yesterday but there seems to be some weird issue with their website. After filling the initial details and getting the application reference number, the page gets stuck where we fill out company address details. The next button doesn’t highlight so not able to move to the income details section. Called customer care and they said they can’t help as it’s an online application.

Does anyone have any clue what to do next?

Yes buddy, I’m shell shocked! Credit score of 770 & income above 25 lakh & they still rejected my application. Irony is, they never asked me for my salary slips. Too bad!

I was unable to scheduled an appointment. Raised this issue with CC.Waited for offline kyc. No one turned up. Then they have arranged a vkyc call. Yesterday I got 11 days message. Lets see how it goes.

@John123 buddy, what happened to your application?

@Batmanbaba They rejected my application saying some office verification failed reason which is stupid, however, I have calls 2-3 times from some landline number claiming to be from SBI head office & every time they ask me about my office address & state they call will be dispatched! It’s weird & I don’t know what to do. Any idea?

@suhailmz They approved my card in Feb 1st week.

Sbi people are absolutely fools... They say ur card is approved even before u apply... They just waste people's time.... U can apply again... Once rejected....no hope

It’s so annoying! I’ve told them very clearly that I’m not interested now, they still keep calling 2-3 times a week & ask the same stupid address verification questions!
