Help Paytm payment bank account freeze.

Tonight randomly Paytm has frozen Paytm payment bank account and wallet both in app it shows cannot transfer money from your account, blocked for any outward transaction due to bank policies & guidelines.
I have around 6500 in Paytm Bank and 500 in wallet.
The help section in app is helpless only chatbot no real way to raise complaint, if anyone has previously faced this issue please enlighten how can I get my money back.

Mera friend ka Kotak 811 a/c freeze kr dia full kyc hoke b. Bangalore k branch me gya to hutiye log bolte h ki hm ni kr skte home branch jao. Kya solution h uska? RBI ko mail bhijwa dia hu vse mne.

Core Banking System m koi bhi Branch kar sakti hai.
Bass kabhi kabhi Non-Home Branch ko Home Branch ke saath matha fodi karni pdati hai isley mnaa kar dete hai.

RBI ka Bamboo jaayega andar toh line pe aajayege
