Help Paytm payment bank account freeze.

Tonight randomly Paytm has frozen Paytm payment bank account and wallet both in app it shows cannot transfer money from your account, blocked for any outward transaction due to bank policies & guidelines.
I have around 6500 in Paytm Bank and 500 in wallet.
The help section in app is helpless only chatbot no real way to raise complaint, if anyone has previously faced this issue please enlighten how can I get my money back.

Paytm Bank ke case me toh home branch wala scene nahi hai na, merko bhi same tatti robotic response die h, bhaut chutiya system hai inka.

Mere case m bhi 50 ki txn ka hai par saalo ne Explicitly show nhi kiya like your screenshot, Just it is written You wallet is under debit Freeze

2-3 jagah dekha hai mene ye cashback card ko jyada use kro toh merchant block krdeta ya restrict krdeta for example ek merchant pe aa rh invalid card number kyuki jyada transaction hue jbki dusre account se ho raha

Itni mehnat nahi hogi, mene toh Paytm Bank account closure request dala hai, galti ho gai isko Paytm UPI ka default rkh dia tha 😅

Raise a support ticket, and then dm Paytm care on Twitter and keep pinging every day, they'll most probably show some disputed txn and ask for consent to deduct from existing balance.

For me it's been 10days, they've unblocked Paytm Bank now I'm waiting for them to unblock the wallet also.

And suggestion, after they unblock take the money out and ask to close the Paytm Bank account, it's not worth the mental agony.
