Help Paytm payment bank account freeze.

Tonight randomly Paytm has frozen Paytm payment bank account and wallet both in app it shows cannot transfer money from your account, blocked for any outward transaction due to bank policies & guidelines.
I have around 6500 in Paytm Bank and 500 in wallet.
The help section in app is helpless only chatbot no real way to raise complaint, if anyone has previously faced this issue please enlighten how can I get my money back.

Mere case me Monday ek call aya tha vo bataya jo disputed txn tha wallet se kia tha,
so mene unko bola wallet ke txn ki wajah se Paytm Bank block karna ka kya logic hai, ye toh separate cheez hai faltu me pareshan kar rahe ho. Fir unhone abhi Tuesday ko unblock kia Paytm Bank.

so mene unko bola wallet ke txn ki wajah se Paytm Bank block karna ka kya logic hai, ye toh separate cheez hai faltu me pareshan kar rahe ho. Fir unhone abhi Tuesday ko unblock kia Paytm Bank.

Ye bank account me transfer nahi hota easily, icici has blocked this account types kuch message aata h and moreover care@paytmbank.com ko email bhjna try karoge toh usme bhi error aata h.

You also got same resolution ?

Mene ICICI ka failure and email nahi jara dono screenshot leke Twitter me bheja and bola ki tumhara email and bank account blocked hai i can't send.
You guys can deduct the disputed amount from my existing balance as you've already frozen it so it's not like don't have the ability to deduct.

In retrospect YouTube par kaafi sare videos h Paytm Bank ye jo harkat krta h account freeze walli, even kuch toh merchants ka account freeze kr die h inhone, totally horrible practice form "a bank" RBI ko inko band krwa dena chahiye, faltu me bank khol rakha hai chalana toh nahi aara isne.

Mene toh ye account closure ka support ticket dala hai, switching to au bank for small UPI txns

Finally yesterday received message that Account will be unblocked in next 4 hours.
But still it is under debit freeze.
After how many hours your Account is unblocked after receiving confirmation from paytm end?

Akhand c*Hutiye hai yeh paytm waale.

Phle to payment pending m daal di.

Phir cancellation ka option bhi de diya.

Payment pending m thhi toh ek sound mind ka person cancel hi karega taaki refund aaye aur other methods se pay kar sake

Next day saalo ne payment credit card m transfer bhi kar di.
Jab refund process kar diya hai toh payment kiyo credit ki akhand c*hutiyo ne

Paytm ke system ka glitch hai aur Akhand c*hutiye log hume legal notice ki dhamki de rahe hai.
