I noticed a discrepancy in cashback credited post the generation of the latest statement of my HDFC Swiggy card. I took this card primarily for Swiggy transactions so nearly 99% of the cashback falls into the 10% category. The only non-10% transaction I do with this card is on amazon. Last month, I made two purchases on amazon; one worth ₹1599 and one worth ₹399 (attached statement screenshot).

Both of these were regular amazon shopping transactions, but I received 5% cashback for the ₹1599 transaction but only 1% for the transaction worth ₹399. I know that amazon fresh, amazon...
