How can I have privilege to post?

I'm trying to post a thread in suggest me a credit card forum but it's saying I don't have privileges for it. How can I get them?

As you are a new member, you will have limited access initially. Please read the welcome DM which you must have received from Technofino. Quoting a part of it below
