How can I pay Telangana (TSSPDCL) electricity bill using Amex CC?

Oh sorry to hear that. Hope all good with health now
I remember seeing it as negative in arrears column in the bill ledger section. Have done it this time for friday offer. Will wait and see if it shows up
I am much better now compared to before. But not back to normal as before..
That's life anyway..
Thanks for your concern..

During peak covid time, APSPDCL in AP ans TSSPDCL in Telangana (and many other DisComs) followed a strange method for billing. They took average of previous year's 3 peak consumption months n billed that to the consumers (instead of actual meter readings giving actual consumption). After normalcy was restored, that was adjusted after recording the actual meter readings.

Since many years, my TSSPDCL bills were auto-payed without my intervention through SBI netbanking, after onetime setup. When you have multiple bills to pay this is very convenient, and you'll get SMS prompts. You'll not get any cashbacks, but its a total no manual intervention payments. But since last month, SBI have upgraded their billing portal to SBI Unipay and its clumsy confusing, as I see TSSPDCL, but not able to pay there.
After the utility bill cashbacks started, I tried different apps, but, Airtel App and Tata Neu doesn't support TSSPDCL. As of now, only Amazon Pay looks better, but needs manually paying every month.
If there's any auto pay biller setup, please share here.

Payzapp also having issues with TSSPDCL. Raised a ticket and they mentioned that it is a known issue and they are working on fixing it. So eventually bought amazon pay voucher from smartbuy and made the payment via amazon.

Earlier, I used to pay via PayZapp. This month, I had issues while making a payment, so I raised an issue with them. Last week, I was able to pay successfully.

TG electricity bills aren't being fetched in CRED too. It has been close to a year. When I raised the issue with them, I received a generic response: 'CRED is working continuously to get all billers covered.'

I dont understand why everything has to happen with TG only... We even went ahead and changed the ruling party also and still TG has issues..
