I have mostly cash based transactions, So cash is must in my wallet.

Cards in wallet-
CC- Airtel, Apay (for flat 1% and less exclusion)
DC- Millennia/811

UPI - SD/Airtel

Tap - Pixel (As payzapp just works)

When visiting supermart/showroom/lounge - I add 1 from SBI/HDFC/ICICI to cover offers, mostly SBI.

Rest of the cards are in card folder, most are only used when bank based offer is running on ecommerce.

My wife and I treat our cards primarily together as a family strategy so I will listen together
  • Infinia Primary & Supplementary (mostly GVs on Smartbuy)
  • Axis Olympus (Everyday everything card + Lounge access for ourselves and dependent pp for her parents for lounge access). It's a very important card for us as it allows guest access because our daughter is 12 and still can't have her own card and many lounges (esp abroad are hellbent to not allow using a card with my name for her lounge access)
  • Platinum Travel x2: Mostly GVs and tax etc to hit 4L on each card. (Both cards are in year 1 & may not see year 2 unless Amex gives retention offer)
  • Amex Platinum Charge: Acquired this year for 150k bonus (upgrade) mostly GVs until we hit 50k + centurion lounges globally
  • DCB (plastic): Not used much, but I want to maintain a core card and it's LTF
  • HDFC Marriott: I am Marriott Lifetime Plat so the free night is a great deal for us at approx 4k fee + 10 night credit makes it easy for me to stay Titanium
  • Chase Marriott Boundless: Great deal because of a night upto 35k points for $95 & 15 night credit
Most of our cards are paid (except DCB) but most of them cover more than the AF or a big part of it, overall the value is better than AF everywhere (or atleast we think so)

These are the cards that I have. I only carry MRCC and Amazon Pay in my wallet. Live+ will be the only addition.

HDFC Swiggy (Paid) - Swiggy, Flipkart spends
HDFC Rupay (LTF) - Rarely use
Axis Airtel (Paid) - Zomato, Mobile Recharge, LPG, Planning to start using Airtel services soon
AMEX Gold Charge (Paid) - 6x1000 Amazon GC (most probably will close it when close to renewal)
AMEX MRCC (Paid) - 4x1500 Amazon GC, Occasional 14000 extra spends
ICICI Amazon Pay (LTF) - Amazon Spends
Yes Kiwi (LTF) - Offline Scan and Pay
SBI SimplyClick (Paid) - SBI Offers (may close this one and later apply for BPCL due to lower annual fee waiver spend condition)
HSBC Platinum (LTF) - Concert bookings, HSBC Offers
HSBC Live+ (Paid) - Yet to get card. Got for offline spends.

If you are from Kolkata, there's a small shop called Lederland at Hazra road and Sarat Bose road crossing. They have high quality leather items at very reasonable price. I am using their leather card holder for 25 years. Currently second one, using since 2007. Had to give up 1st one in 7 years as it could hold max 10-12 cards. Current one easily holds 20+.
