How to earn upto 30K ER on your Axis card with just one phone call

Tried the SE way but was taking too much time, so disconnected and called again immediately
Me : Is there any LTF offer on my Magnus card
CC : Sorry sir, there's no such offer for Magnus, but if you spend 15L bla-bla
Me : Then I would like to close my Magnus card
CC : Kindly clear outstanding of..
Me : Is there any retention offer on my card
CC : Yes sir, we are offering 10k ER if you decide to continue with the card
Me : I would really like that 🙃

Didn't work on Saturday. It worked today. Same conversation and got the 10000 ER's.

Generally, nothing would happen but better to be cautious, right? No one would like their high rewarding card to be closed just for a few extra point
Like I said, if they are going to cancel just cut the call.... no one can cancel without your consent

For both my cards points were manually credited before resolution of Service request during anytime of the day.

Seeing the request of so many retention points, I fear they might have gotten aware about the loophole.
 
Also after raising the retention for My magnus cards, I tried to do it for the other cards also.
To my surprise, they lodged the SR, it got closed successfully in 24hrs, but no points were credited.

Even customer care got confused that why it happened, then after discussing with senior he told me, only one offer per customer is allowed per year irrespective of cards.

So, to conclude closing of SR cannot be considered as success, take it with a pinch of salt.

That’s what the CC rep told me when I specifically asked about it, as my request was also closed but points came a day later.

Then well and good.👍

We can further assume, that even if 150 people claimed it from the group, then also it's a small number for them keeping in mind total credit card customers
