If you don't get any satisfactory resolution from your bank, you can also move to the RBI banking ombudsman before completing 30 days.

2nd one, 1st is under banks discretion. You can't force a bank to issue you a card.Sir please guide me there are Two case by which I am fed up
1- I took Yes Bank finbooster card in 2022 with limit 15000 only I closed that card due to its low limit after six month with same residence address I applied multiple times but they declined and did not give any valid reason so that I can rectify before applying , in that case can I lodge a complaint to RBIO ???
2- I am trying to get Idfc first bank credit card they declined my application three times by saying that there is late payment in your loan account Flipkart payleter in 2020 and I have shown my cibil report many times and they agreed and promised me to update in their system but last time same things happened I applied the card they declined saying same words there is late payment in loan account but in my cibil report there is no late payment.
Now I want to ask which case should be considered to RBIO
But as per RBI guidelines it's my right to know the clear/Main reason of declined the application they don't tell the reason in this regards what should I do ????2nd one, 1st is under banks discretion. You can't force a bank to issue you a card.
Nothing can be done. You can escalate the issue to the PNO level, but the effort you put in will be a waste, as they can simply state that it 'not deemed fit as per the bank's policy' or give some other arbitrary reason. Still, if you want to try your luck. Good luck. But as per RBI guidelines it's my right to know the clear/Main reason of declined the application they don't tell the reason in this regards what should I do ????
RBI is also useless, they never take action against the Regulated Entity. Close complaints on basis of customer care reply without asking to the complainant. If you want to file a complaint against any bank, follow those steps.

RBI will straight close the complaint.i was charged additional MDR charges by the merchant when I made a part payment for purchase of car through credit card. I followed with the merchant with no response. Can I raise a complaint with RBI ombudsman.?

I have spoken to the dealership and They had agreed for 1%. While looking into the bill breakup it was mentioned as 2% which is one of the reasons I wanted to escalate.
Refer 9.3, they don't interfere with this.
Then this case looks like of consumer court isn't it? Dealer is not saying anything regarding this?I have spoken to the dealership and They had agreed for 1%. While looking into the bill breakup it was mentioned as 2% which is one of the reasons I wanted to escalate.
They once replied that they have charged correctly after I pressured them for about 2 months. No further response from their end. Then this case looks like of consumer court isn't it? Dealer is not saying anything regarding this?
