How to file a complaint against a bank on the RBI banking ombudsman portal

Bank of India debited 147.5 rs charge for cheque book issuance from my dad's savings ac, even though it is clearly written that a 25leaves cheque book is free in a YEAR.It was the first cheque book issued in 2years.The branch employees know nothing and phone banking agents told me that cheque book is never free.
I mailed them on 28th nov, raised the issue on BOI X handle, and also raised mutliple complaints on their grievances portal.Every time they closed the complaint without any proper reply. Also, they are giving same copy paste replies on X.Aslo, not providing the complaint number from X.
Should i raise a complaint on RBI BO after 29th dec?
kindly help guys.

I want to file a complaint against Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Lendbox). This was the Zip Pay Later partner of Mobikwik. But after some time, Mobikwik changed its partnership from Lendbox to Northern Arc.

So they changed my lender as well. So, in this scenario, only one account should be active in CIBIL, which should be Northern Arc.

But my CIBIL report shows both accounts as active.

I complained to Mobikwik and Lendbox's official email two months ago.

They replied, asking me to wait 30 days for the CIBIL update to show the account as closed.

But after two months, it is still showing as active.

So how can I file a complaint against Lendbox?

Should I complaint against either mobikwik or lendbox or both?

Lendbox/Transactree is a P2P NBFC and is not covered under the RBI Banking Ombudsman scheme. You need to register a complaint with the RBI CEPC. Email crpc@rbi.org.in and cepc.<your regional RBI office city name>@rbi.org.in to register a complaint with the RBI CEPC.

Thanks for the BOI link. They're stealing flat SMS charges every quarter from account instead of actual usage
Bank of India is probably the worst bank in our country. They have no customer support, branch employees know nothing and they deduct unnecessary charges whenever possible.

SBI Credit card did a hard enquiry on my CIBIL without my consent. While speaking with customer care, the representative mentioned that recently I requested for multiple Limit Enhancement's (as I have two credit cards from SBI) and hence CIBIL might have been checked. Is this normal or should I complain? If I can complain, can somebody help me understand the process?
