can you tell me how to get second kotak card

Try it through your RM or branch head. Earlier, Kotak was issuing multiple cards per CRN (customer relation number) - I hold two, and so does a friend of mine. I believe, Kotak used to issue 2-3 credit cards commonly.

But as per one of the credit card regional managers - Kotak came up with a policy of one card per CRN around a few months back.
