i have digital easy acess account in axis and i want a rupay platinum debit , but in netbanking only value plus and online rewads card is showing for upgrade ,
They don't give RuPay platinum DC to anyone because of low fee. The main earning point of Axis from saving account is from debit card fees. You can visit the branch and try that but chances are very less so try your luck.
