How to Increase limit of cashback card which instantly approved of 20k only

Today I had applied SBI cashback card and get only 20k limit. Having other bank cards of more than 200k limit, also having BPCL of 90k

Any suggestions to increase limit by card to card ? Or any hope of possibility with retention team?

No. Only Salary slip/ITR. or you can transfer some limit from your other SBI card

I have the same situation! I've also transferred limit. One pro tip is that you can get the Joining fees waived off 🙂 just call customer care and say that you want to increase the limit or close the card, as you cannot meet the 2L annual fee waiver with only 20k limit. Ask them to either increase the limit, or waive off the fees or close the card. They'll waive it off.

Please note that the customer care will raise a closure request and the retention team will contact you or the CC themselves might raise the waiver request.

Just called customer care and asked for limit transfer and it was done immediately ! limit of my Cashback card (via transfer from Simply click) from 10k to 110k.. I had hours of failed attempt at limit enhancement of cashback card before. Don't understand why sbi don't suggest this by their end.

If card limit is 20000 now I spend 15000, then paid bill 10000 then my available credit limit is 15000.

Now my question is can I spend again 15000 and no over limit or without any charges by bank ? Because in statment spend would be 30000 and my credit limit 20000.

Yes and there won't No over limit charges.

Make sure you check available credit limit before doing the transaction.

Can we make it a shared limit?

For example, if we have a 1 lakh limit on SimplyClick, instead of making a 50K limit on each card, can we get a 1 lakh limit on both cards via a shared limit?

But there's hight chance of card getting blocked for commercial usage. Because for a normal user it doesn't make any sense to pay the due before bill generation.
