How to loop around getting Amex Platinum Reserve at a non-serviceable location?

I am a resident of Jalgaon, Maharashtra 425003. I tried to apply for amex platinum reserve. But it rejected on the basis of non serviceable location.

Please help regarding the loop around serviceable location and understanding the other hidden eligibility. Also I hold Axis Magnus, so is there a possibility of C2C Amex Platinum Reserve?
