How to negotiate for Sapphiro LTF ?

Hi guys, whats the best way to negotiate for Sapphiro LTF ?
Sorry if this feels like a repost. I have already tried via RM, but no help. he says no FYF or LTF Sapphiro. Wanted Emeralde FYF or LTF (not possible 2cr NRV I think). Sapphiro should be possible given that I have seen people having LTF sapphiro with very less NRV too
@S S V any help you can provide ? Thanks in advance!

What basis can they give? As mom's account is not salary account.

I didn't even have a savings account with ICICI when I asked for LTF Sapphiro. My job profile may have worked in my favour there. Also, it's easier to negotiate if you do not have any pre-existing cards with them. Later they gave me LTF Emeralde but that was totally on the basis of connections and not my spends on Sapphiro.

Directly getting a Sapphiro/Emeralde would be easier if your are new to the bank. Getting an existing card upgrade is a huge pain, RMs and CC are useless!

I got Sapphiro Visa LTF pre-approved without any income proof, just on the basis of Cibil Score.
I applied through agent.

Looking at your NRV they must give you lifetime free Sapphiro/Emeralde

Issue is that, I am trying to apply for my mom, who is a homemaker, no salary accounts therefore.

I got the Sapphiro Dual cards as LTF, just after creating a 2L FD. My basic savings bank acc was relatively old and never had more than 50k balance before this point. After the FD was created app started showing me preapproved LTF Sapphiro Dual with 11.8L limit instead of the usual and useless 1L Coral LTF.

How many days did it take to see this offer after the FD? Have you had any card with ICICI before getting sapphiro?

My all Frnds got Sapphiro LTF even they maintain only few thousands... 😂😂
