How to negotiate for Sapphiro LTF ?

Hi guys, whats the best way to negotiate for Sapphiro LTF ?
Sorry if this feels like a repost. I have already tried via RM, but no help. he says no FYF or LTF Sapphiro. Wanted Emeralde FYF or LTF (not possible 2cr NRV I think). Sapphiro should be possible given that I have seen people having LTF sapphiro with very less NRV too

Hi, I got a call from ICICI agent and mentioned, i can upgrade to ICICI sapphiro LTF, I gave consent and received the dual (sapphiro master / amex) within a week, but how do i know if it is actually LFT or paid?

Bisa varient has BOGO twice a month as well as 4 domestic lounge seperately while MC & AMEX has 2-2 which combines 4 as per my research.
