How to renew Priority pass complimentary with HDFC Regalia?

I have a complimentary Priority Pass with my HDFC Regalia card, and both are set to expire in August 2024. I've already received my renewed Regalia card, I need to use the Priority Pass between August 9th and 19th, 2024. How can I request a renewed Priority Pass from HDFC Bank? My attempts to clarify this with my Relationship Manager did not provide a clear answer.
