Hi All,
Currently i hold a very basic Indusind CC need your suggestion
1)Which is the best Indusind credit card to get upgraded
2) How to request for an upgrade

Unlucky me, they replied if i cancel my current card, i can apply for legend card after 6 months(subject to approval). Now what can i do?i

I had upgraded my Legend CC to EazyDiner CC. The old card (Legend) vanished/de-activated from app/net-banking just as I did the first transaction from the new card (EazyDiner).

my LTF legend itself gave me 1yr ED membership free so didnt try for ED card switch over, btw my query if i move to ED card after this membership ends, will i get permanent free membership in ED cc?
Anyway my legend is a sleeping card now after magnus so better ways i'm looking to extract from indusind

Yes you will get free renewal of EazyDiner Prime membership with EazyDiner CC upon payment of card renewal fees.

You can get EazyDiner card LTF but they have to offer the LTF upgrade to you. I got a mail from them last month so I upgraded as I wasn't using Legend anyway. Regarding ED Prime membership through LTF ED CC, it's valid only for a year afaik. But if you are paying ED CC fees every year it will renew.

current legend LTF offered 1 year ED prime so after that i think of it.
BTW i hold dine out from regalia which gives 25 to 30% yield on restaurant bills but ED we can squeeze till 40% easily

Thanks for sharing the process for upgrade. Managed to got two of the cards Aura & Platinum card to Legend LTF in my family.
Card got approved and visible within 1 day on the app after approval.

Followed steps as per mentioned on first page, sent email to customer care & nodal officer. Without any rejections they considered my request for card upgrade.

Finally, after trying from the last 3 months, they agreed for LTF Legend from LTF Platinum.
Thanks @skvignesh for all your guidance, the card is now showing on Indus mobile application.

I have been trying to get my card upgraded from Indusind Intermiles Voyage (LTF currently) for last 1 month now, have written many emails to nodal officer. They are not willing to give any card as life time free upgrade.

They have given me these 2 options-

1. Indusind Vistara Explorer card with 10000+gst annual fees. Against this they will give 1 business class ticket every year and club vistara gold.
2. Indusind Pinnacle card with one time fee of 15000+gst, no annual fees. Against this giving vouchers worth of 15000 (option of many brands)

I haven’t been using Indusind much as I have Magnus, DCB, Amex Mrcc, Plat travel. Don’t think I will use even after upgrade just wanted slightly better card as Intermiles card is useless.

Any suggestions on what should I do? Worth taking any of above 2? Should I mail back and specifically ask for any card?

I read somewhere that you successfully upgraded your Legend Card to Pinnacle card LTF. I want to know
1) how long did you hold the Legend card
2) How good was your spends, before you upgraded
3) Did you get any offer from the bank, or did you apply manually by sending email?
