How to upgrade Induslnd CC

I requested to upgrade my platinum card to legend LTF to nodal officer.

This is the mail they sent. What should I do ?

My platinum card is 6 month old with 1L limit.

It depends upon your use and need on the benefits than anyone's suggestion.

There were lot of Legend LTF campaign happened in Oct/Nov and more times, so you can try obtaining it through that by applying Online and see if you are eligible. Since Customer care will go by their book/process of charges.

When so many banks are giving LTF or at a lower fee better benefits and rewards, why you need Legend should be the question you should ask yourself.

AXIS Myzone LTF campaign runs sometime, which has 999 SonyLiv OTT free with it and Swiggy40% discount 4 times upto Rs.120 and free movie tickets etc



So it all depends upon what you need any card for.
 
How they report in cibil after upgrade as rename the existing card number or closing the old one and add the new card?
Most of the time, they close the old one and open a new one. But that's SBI and ICICI. I havent had any other upgrade experience apart from these banks.

Also try without your full signature in the bottom of the message + no attached docs/files.

Sometimes signature might be treated as html and word docs for virus, it might bounce back.

So, try a plain TEXT format and see if it works.

When I sent an email I remember, I had shortname in the application so they said, to send it from the registered email, but not a bounce.

Then I had to change the email to fullname, then they answered my queries in email.

Any idea? My mails are reverted with undelivered status with subject changed to 'suspected spam'. Didn't see this type of feature with any bank.
Happened with me too while contacting their support.

I tried sending a mail using a different email I'd and it immediately delivered.

The email from the 1st email I'd delivered the next day 🙂
