How to upgrade Millennia to Regalia Gold LTF?

I have shifted to Amex Gold and MRCC so I am not using my Millennia LTF. Want to upgrade to Regalia Gold LTF for lounge access. I almost fulfill the salary criteria (miss by a few thousands) but the RM or Grievance Refressal says they need 2-3L spends on Millennia for upgrade and that too will only be FYF. I bought a mac in Jan so 1have spent 1L around but don't want to spend more just want the upgrade. Any ideas how to do it?

Why would the bank upgrade your card and also waive off the fees if you don’t generate any profit for them by using it?

Better get idfc wealth dc & cc for lounge .

Dont get into booby trap of hdfc of spending more .
Its just a sop not sure shot approval

What's ur LIMIT on Millenia ? Min limit and spends required for LTF upgrade ?!
