HP Pay vouchers now available on Tata Neu. If you have Neu Infinity card, effective cashback is 5.5%

HP Paycode vouchers purchased outside HP Pay app would not get automatically added on HP Pay as the vouchers have to be tagged with your registered mobile number which does not happen when you buy on tata neu. I faced a similar issue few years back when bought directly on paytm but was lucky to redeem them on Drive track plus paytm machine at bigger HPCL outlets when they had one. Its again a hit or miss, the outlet has to have that paycode redemption setup on their PoS.

Yep its failing for me too, amount was deducted... How long till reversal?

If it failed shouldn’t be an issue you’ll get a refund in 4-5 days it doesn’t mention anywhere but you’ll get it

Did you try reddeming it offline? Petrol pump guys were not able to add more than 6 digits.

Same issue I faced I got this video after I reached out to some customer care will go to hp again and show this video let’s see if it works

Did anyone get clarification from HP/Tata Neu? If its only redeemable at petrol pump how do u buy LPG Cylinder with it as stated on GV description.

I just tried purchasing gift card. And ot worked.. gv sent to email with in a minute.
Could not find it added in hp pay app. Manually also tried adding it.. saying invalid code...
Need to try at pump tomorrow
