I decided to try today itself and approached another fuel pump with confidence. While they had an idea, I guided them to the right option and gave the PIN instead of card number. I could use up ₹1000 in one attempt. I don't know if entering it within 60 seconds made the difference or it was some glitch yesterday. Thanks a lot, @vchouksey80

It's not worth the cashback and tension when it does not work. I won't bother repurchasing these vouchers. Further, I don't understand why the max denomination is only ₹1000. Pump guys won't be excited to enter multiple 16-digit codes to redeem against full-tank fuel.

Bought it before reading this thread, regretting now🥲. Will go to pump this evening and would never buy these again now🤦‍♂️

From what I understood, we've 16 digit alphanumeric code and there are 2 ways to redeem this. First is, they should have a drivetrack plus pos and their we fo to gift card option and redeem it (I have a doubt, int he video shared above there were only numbers in gift card pin and no way to enter alphanumeric code while our code is alphanumeric so how does it work ? )

And the second way is in some paytm pos where we go to transactions and then pay through gc and enter card pin there. Can someone please confirm?

Update: went there and they had the DT machine but we couldn't find where to enter the pin. In paycode sale, there was an option to enter an alphanumeric code but was limited to 8 chracter ig. Can someone help? Where do we go from here?

Go back, dont use Merchant Services in the previous screen go to transactions and there paycode and directly enter pin no need for card number

can't we load the voucher in hp pay app wallet and pay it using scan and pay directly from wallet at hp petrol pump?

Sadly, no. I wish we could, it'd have been so much convenient

Like right not option to buy 3000 and 2000 is disabled for me, I can buy 500 or 1000, so it it's letting me buy multiple, would it give 5% on any amount of vouchers I'll buy? or is there any monthly limit? couldn't find it mentioned anywhere
