Revaluation HP PAY voucher now on Gyftr via Smartbuy!

Just checked this morning, now we can buy HP pay vouchers with HDFC cards on Smartbuy. I don't know if they were available earlier. The usual rewards are applicable (upto 16.25% on INFINIA).
No processing fee as of now. Looks like maximum we can buy is ₹10k a month.

When using HP pay for paying for petrol, I am getting only 1 happy coin (₹0.25) per ₹100 fuel. Doesn't matter whether paying by scanning hp pay QR or using paycode. I contacted the support multiple times using the contact us > hp petrol pumps. No reply from them.

If you're scanning and paying using wallet balance you'll get only 1 hp coin/100. You'll get 4 coins/100 if you scan and pay using fastag or hpcl co branded credit cards

I don’t have these, but I can get one since I have closed my paytm fastag.

If you have idfc or ICICI fastag, you can link it in hp pay app and it'll show as payment option when scanning qr code

That was a clearance sale at the end of financial year 2024. It might come back in Mar 2025.

Here most of them do.. also if any petrol pump does not accept it, you can raise complain in HPpay app and within 3 days you will get confirmation from hppay executive that the pump accept it now. They have very good support for this if pump does not accept it.

I haven't faced this issue. For me, I felt like this is the best way to pay. I use it very frequently.

Yes, sometimes pumps in remote areas on highways have rejected to accept HP Pay.

No there is no pattern. No guaranty that it will come back again also.

Best option is to use Amex MRCC directly at the HPCL pump for 1500*4

complain via twitter, HP manager will call you and you tell them issue and and give them your address and ask them for nearest HP fuel station which accepts HP pay. I did the same and it worked

It's strange that the support doesn't reply.. I am in Bangalore and here support's good. I complained for one of the pumps which is a bit far and hence not my goto pump but the issue there was fixed within 3 days of complaint... other than that I have tried HPpay for other 5-6 different pumps and everybody accepted hppay...

Am from hyd and there are sometimes issues accepting HP pay , I had to talk to the owner , complain and all earlier. I visited banglore and three HP fuel pumps accepted Hp pay happily and no questions asked or anything. Infact on ooty highway in karnataka border also the fuel station accepted Hp pay without any issues, i was shocked as the pump is literally on highway and near a village lol

Been there, done that. Nothing happens in Gurgaon.
