HSBC closed my Premier CC without any intimidation or reason

Hey Everyone,
I had opened a Premier Account with HSBC for their service and Premier CC. Upon achieving the TRV, I applied for Premier CC through RM and he stated me since I had applied for TravelOne a month earlier, i can apply only after a month but he had filled the application and my CIBIL was hit, now before the month, somehow cards gets delivered to me and I make two transactions on zepto/uniqlo. Suddenly the same day which is 2 days post receiving the card, the card stops showing on the app and upon calling the Customer care, they say they have closed the card due to 'Internal policy' which makes no sense because why would they issue the card and then close it in two days without any intimidation or reason. RM has stopped responding, what should I do, have raised it to the PNO but no replied yet.
 
How about the transactions you did? No need to pay? Having an outstanding balance how did they close the card?

Now a days every bank seems to work like this and they are also closing cards those are unused from long time.

First get service request number from pno and then escalate to RBI ombudsman
 
How about the transactions you did? No need to pay? Having an outstanding balance how did they close the card?
We will have to pay. My first sbi cb cc too got closed after 20 days of approval n usage citing internal policies and they wrongly approved at first instant
They asked to pay my bills and they did not charge joining fee/annual fee since it was closed by them and also the accumulated cashback too was not credited
