Yes devalued now. Now need to verify every time if deal makes sense with rewards back as most flights I saw are easily inflated by 20% and yatra, makemytrip runs offers with many other banks so you would get better than 18% outside too.

Depends, if you book domestic flights, you will get less value. If there is some point based airlines, you will get more value. Domestic flights don't have points

I have received only the base reward points of 3% for a flight I booked through the HSBC Travel Rewards Portal (Hopper) on 30th October with my Premier credit card. Not the 6X accelerated reward points. Is there a time lag between booking a flight and receiving the accelerated reward points? When will I receive the accelerated reward points for this flight booking?

Yes. I checked with my RM. At the time of annual renewal, if you are not meeting the salary criteria, they will downgrade the premier relationship and will charge 20k annual fees

When compared the price of flight ticket, found it to be ~5% more than price at airline website.
If this is a common practice then it does not make sense compared to other cards.

I did a booking with Chanakya BNR Puri and they declined the reservation citing they haven't received any booking and their property is sold out as well on my booked dates. Got crazy rates btw, 4.2K for 2 nights. What should I do?

I am curious about the 80% number, I just couldn't find mention of breakfast anywhere. Do they mention it specifically? Also, some of the listings are fraud, I booked Chanakya Puri for 2 nights which the hotel declined

Ha matlab galti se koi room me breakfast dikha dete hain 😆.... i booked 3 nights with Fairmont Istanbul,,,i didnt have any problem

But return of 72% in accor is too good that i can skip the breakfast !
