Hsbc visa platinum card lounges issue

Hi
Hsbc visa platinum card offers international and domestic lounges

Its mentioned on there website but when i tried to use them they are saying card is not eligible.... Can anyone help me about this?

which airport did you use the card? where did you see HSBC Visa platinum provides domestic and international lounge? can you share the link?

Only for first 4 months or so, lounge access is active. After that it's only a BMS offer card, nothing else.
