HDFC Smartbuy portal included Pharmeasy shopping in 10x accelerated reward points benefits. One can get 48% discounts/valueback on medicine purchase using HDFC Infinia through Pharmeasy. See calculation below..

I don't know what I did wrong

Use web browser to open the smartbuy page for all shops and not payzapp. Also enter card details every time at payment.

If you read below you will find what exactly would have happened with you. Now this happened with me when transacting via myntra and could happen transacting via pharmeasy as well. May be we should not use the session for too long and do transactions quickly to avoid running into such cases.

Alright !
I just placed two separate orders on myntra and cancelled them now. One directly from chrome browser and paid using payzapp and other by opening myntra in payzapp and paid using payzapp. First transaction has 'WWWMYNTR9655017' as merchant name in Sms and 'PAY*WWW MYNTRA COM' in email while the second one has 'WWWMYNTR9579842' in Sms and 'MYNTRA VIA SMARTBUY' in email.
Obviously the second one will get accelerated points.
Now I have to cancel 6000 worth of clothes ordered.
Not sure how I got the first merchant charged when I placed my order the second way.

The same happened with me during the Myntra offer last month. I was suggested to use Payzapp to make the payment and that will show the Merchant as Myntra via Smartbuy.

I think we should uninstall the pharmeasy App
Then use this link in Google or Firefox regular browser with cookies enabled.

Same here and it has always been reliable every time. Even the payments using card are seamless once the card is added in Payzapp

Once with pharmeasy on Payzapp had got different merchant name so since then have been using smartbuy on web.. seems best solution is to verify merchant name on otp page.

I’ve been using SmartBuy always from laptop. Merchant name is always correct. Never faced any issue.

Don't forget to put the discount coupon code, for extra discount upto 300 or 450 on orders above 2000.
Right now these are available, but only one or two may work--

Discount coupon codes keep changing, so these will not work for a long time.
You can find the latest coupon codes on the Pharmeasy app, which you should install on another mobile of a family member, but login with your mobile number on the other phone.

And uninstall the app from your mobile, which you will use for actual orders
