I can never apply fully for OneCard. Identify verification (3rd step) never passes.

I have been trying to apply for OneCard for more than a year, but the step of "Identity verification" in OneCard app never succeeds.

I click "Verify" then "Confirm". It shows the loading circle and then brings me right back to this screen without any error or other message. I have tried doing this 5 - 6 times, no solution.

I have tried:
1. Leaving a review on Play Store - got ignored.
2. Mailed them twice with screen recording - they just replied with a generic mail saying I don't qualify for the product. Whereas they haven't even checked the CIBIL score ever.
3. Called their IVR number - it said I don't have an account and disconnected the call.

This is clearly a technical bug, but they don't listen. I have also tried via Onescore app, and their website. It just errors out with "something went wrong" or some similar garbage.

Has anyone faced anything similar? Is there any way to go past this?
 
By any chance are you using email aliases on onecard/score app? I was facing sort of similar issue when I used email alias (I typically use to easily filter emails sent to one alias) and it was never getting past the verification stage, so I had to contact customer care to change email address to original email instead of alias and then verification passed for me.
i didn’t understand … do u mean ..that am i using two diff email for both onescore and onecard.. if that’s what you are saying

then no i’m using the same email address for both
 
The same happened to me. Suddenly after monthly update of CIBIL and Experian score I started seeing that 'your OneCard is approved by SBM Bank' message on OneScore app. But when I tapped it just redirected back to home page or sometimes said 'application in process' in the same app for weeks.

To know what's going on I downloaded the OneCard app and there I got stuck at identity section as 'pending' just like you. I tweeted them with screenshots and they said they can't proceed with my application. So I told them to stop sending me these banners and notifications.

A week or two later I am now seeing 'we now have a combo offer for you' -a FD backed OneCard by Federal Bank when tapped the same banner.
did u have low cibil score .. and did the offer came after your cibil improved?
 
Yes, I faced similar kind of verification issue with one card and it took more than 1 year before I was able to pass the screen which was automatic. Just an advise, keep trying until it get approved because their customer service won't be able to resolve this.
can you update me about the pattern of cibil score .. how did it varied in the last year

I am facing exactly same issue. such a bad customer service. its clearly bug at their end

You have hit a dead end. For whatever reason, If OneCard thinks there is a discrepancy in user data, it would not let you proceed further. Contact customer is not much of a help either.

Happened with my friend.
 
Weird here as well. My mum applied for secured cc yesterday.. Within an hour after video kyc, she received message & mail that video kyc was successful & to open the app to activate virtual cc. Now when I opened the app it showed kyc failed. Onecard is a joke.

Same thing happening to me for months now I don't know what to do with it's rediculous and I'm tired of this shiti app it's batter ignore one shit card app.
 
It was very seamless experience with me ekyc and kyc was done and within 15min card got approved and then asked me to take image of my profile and that's it I was inside. I made sure the background was white and clear and my face of proper.
During vkyc they asked income type of service business and pan where on pan they need same signature to be put and photo of mine live. that it all done by the way I applied on 10pm someone was there for vkyc (I extended the time 2 times and a employee login in his home and he was in his night dress 😁 but anyways it's done.
 
In my case, CIBIL fetch is failing, and then this: "We are processing your application manually. Give us 7-10 working days.." It is stuck here for the last 1 month. I have a good CIBIL score, good profile and cards of many banks with limits as high as 6-7 lakhs. And still OneCard isn't providing me their card.
