I applied for Icici Rubyx card via their recent campaign, after application I have not received any update the application is stuck. Upon sending email I got reply that application is sent back for modification you Accept the modification. But I got no such communication and from track application page can't do anything. Also not able to do fresh application since previous application is pending.
