ICICI Bank CIBIL overdue

ICICI Bank reported an overdue to my CIBIL. They reported due of ₹27 any chance to get it recovered?

Points down by 60...

It was a geniune mistake, never received bill payment reminder and didn't notice the amount being not paid.

Bill Generation: 20th September
Bill Due date : 8th October
Bill Paid date : 31st October

Well, the only thing that you can do is to request the bank to remove the cibil report on a goodwill basis. I'm pretty sure that they'll remove it from your report, as this would be your first time. Just shoot out an email!

First time with ICICI. It happened before with Axis although it was their fault.

Yeah, do not worry. Just ask them politely to remove it from your report. I'm very sure they'll oblige. There's been many instance in the past where it has been removed by icici itself.

Just let them know that you've been regular and a valued customer and that the amount is insignificant. Request them to remove it this time.
