I emailed Customer Care - they said there's no restriction on the category of spends, and that it can be done over multiple spends too.
You might be holding some other Amex card issued by ICICI. Maybe that's why.

I think it is member since you hold an ICICI card. Mine says 2020, when I took my first ICICI card

But Sapphiro is my first Amex cc from ICICI but still mine shows member since 2020

I have got ICICI Emeralde on Amex network and when I try to use it on Amazon purchase it is saying that Card details are not valid?? Can't we transact on Amex variant on Amazon or any portals??
