ICICI claw back my apay card Cashback

Please share categories on which apay card don't provide cashback as i am not able to find any pdf or information regarding it
I am mailing them for cashback but they are not giving proper reply
They clow back my cashback that I got from insurance transaction say you got extra cash back
Please help me in this regard

If you check other posts on the forum, then ICICI messed up the cashback in the previous months and is collecting them back from customers. So it's probably the same that happened with you

As I can see insurance payment is not included in no reward points category

Yes that's true. Insurance payment fetches 2% cashback if done via Amazon pay.
But many people have reported miscalculation or points reversal for insurance category since past few months.

They put me in negative but when I told them this is not correct calculation
They are not ready to accept it

Take out this month's statement and send them via email. Send your calculation for cashback as well. Ask them for their calculation if they're finding it wrong.
