ICICI credit card shared credit limit confusion

Hi guys, I have Amazon pay and Coral rupay ICICI credit cards with a shared limit of 50k. This month I got bill generated of 21k in apay cc and 26k in coral. I paid apay cc bill and when I was trying to do a transaction of 2k through rupay, it's getting declined and saying that the available limit is 1500 only. So can anyone explain the reason why it's showing only 1500 even though I paid bill 3days back and it's even getting reflected in apay cc with dues as 0 as well.

Actually it’s not shared limit card u got 2nd one click on that card go to limit section check there how much limit they gave u there
They r giving separate limit for separate card
But in over all it’s shared limit it’s like the 2nd cc u got it’s will have limit less then 20k I had same issue my apc cc was 260k but my coral was 60k later I called them to do coral limit same so they did same 260k I hope u understood

Could you please once again repeat that?
This is what i understand "you can spend 260k on amz and 260k in coral in the same month??" (Total 520k)

off-topic, How old is your Apay CC while you got your coral card? Because I'm holding an Apay card not get coral card. waiting to get it.

Did you solve this? How is the shared limit calculated? Just wanted to know.

Just contact customer support, when I contacted them, they told that even though the bill paid was getting reflected it's not updated yet, so wait for 1 more day and then try, the next day when I tried, it worked for me.

Shared limit - in my case 50k - (21k + 26k) = 3k remaining. This is how it works.
