Went to ICICI Bank Website to get a credit card on 8th...instantly rejected after filling up basic details and aadhar otp stuff. Today received this mail...Since I did not apply for a ICICI Bank Account, should I keep this?

Amazon cc approved hua hai recently ? icici Amazonpay approval ke sath saving account bhi sath mein open karke de raha hai

Getting this error. [Holding Apay, MMT, coral and Sapphiro credit card, No Savings Account]
Error Code : Customer36000011

Tried for my friend, he is also getting error but his name is there like Dear <Name>, your current location is prohibited for account opening. Please visit your nearest branch to proceed.

Can someone tell what are these errors.
