Online transaction enabled ? Which payment gateway or website ?
I already used for online transaction using ICICI Coral RuPay CC, working perfectly.

And Coral RuPay gave me only one reward point for ₹ 200 even for OTP based transaction on Flipkart 🥺 Merchant name is Paytm instead of Flipkart 🙃

Yes, it is enabled through app but every time transaction is not approved. I tried on flipkart , amazon , jiofiber bill payment but not working.

Are you talking about payment through UPI or card spend ?
Contact ICICI customer care team, if UPI then use any other UPI app.

For adding money to fi, it gave me 24 points for 4900
But before that zero points for 100

This Rupay card is useless for UPI transactions but at least it's giving reward points for money rotation. 🤣 🤣

Minimum transaction amount to earn reward point is Rs 200
We won't get reward points on UPI transaction if amount is less than 200
1 reward point for every Rs 200

kal he kisi ko bataya.
Small merchant - 1 reward point per 200 spend,
large merchant like Yatra, Reliance - got 2 reward point per 100 spend (UPI spend)
Utility and Insurance - i think 1 reward point per 100 spend.
Flipkart use multiple payment gateways, Paytm gateway count under wallet spend or something.

One small correction, I earned 4 reward points on every Rs 100 spent on Yatra app. I don't know if all receive like this

I too got the refund of 200 after 29 days and I have not even raised a dispute ,it automatically gets credited

Card spend online by feeding card no , cvv etc. I talked to cc & he told me this is a known issue to our technical team & they are working on it. 😑
So in short, icici launched the rupay cc without proper system integration & now all these mess is coming up.

For me, no issues with icici coral rupay. Maybe they know that I'll go to rbi ombudsman if I find issues. I already went to rbi ombudsman against them twice

Ok by the way my ICICI RuPay CC transaction working on Flipkart because i already used on ICICI discount sales offer on Flipkart.
Also working on Bajaj app. Didn't try any other website through the card.
Notre - Flipkart have multiple payment gateways, maybe some other gateway is working.
I had a transaction of 4th Sep which had failed (similar issue as discussed above) but even after a week I didn't receive any refund for the same. So I escalated the same to RBI Ombudsman after which I received a response that indeed there was some issue with ICICI CC UPI transactions at the moment. The refund for the failed transaction would be credited within 30days from the transaction date.
Later on 28th Sep the refund was credited. During this interim i did not opt to raise a dispute against the transaction as my intention were to get the ₹100/day penalty from ICICI for the delayed refund. My strategy has at last borne fruits. Today I received a ₹2300/- credit from ICICI for the 23days delay ✌️😎
