ICICI rupay Coral Rupay CC transaction failure refund issue.

I have this case also for ₹10, 3 days ago..
Haven't received anything yet
I have for 200 on sep 1 , didn't receive yet
Let's see how much time unreported transactions take to get refund.
Please do share once you receive
They have released the disputed transactions in a batch now
and it seems they are mentioning 30 days refund period. I think they figured out the automatic refund procedure..30 days TAT is too long..they should sonit within a few days..May be larer

That's exactly what happened to me. It failed when I paid by ICICI CORAL RUPAY Credit Card from CRED.The amount was deducted on 15 August 2023 and refunded the money on 14 September 2023.

Same here...50K transaction failed on 02 September on... Refund Notification Received on 04 September.... Contacted ICICI customer support but they mentioned we are facing technical issue... you will receive refund before 02 October.... I requested for chargeback and temporary limit but they denied it....my Statment generated on 12 September....now need to pay 50K.....🥺

Before Statement Generation But Customer Support Didn't Take My Chargeback Request & Mentioned Chargeback Only For Disputed Transaction.

Customer care??? That was wrong decision.
Most of them don't have much knowledge about these things
I used Net Banking to raise dispute and I got interim chargeback credit quickly
Dear ICICI Coral Rupay Card Holders,
Today i made payment for my usual daily usage payment with my shopkeeper via Paytm Rupay coral rupay via PAYTM Business QR same payment amount deducted twice but in paytm app no records for 2nd anonymous txn from where it deducted .
I can clearly see in icici app same upi ref. no mention but there is some seconds delay in same merchant with same amount txn with Same upi ref. no. how this happen i am not aware .
I approached to 18001080 after hold 20 minutes line up she mention i can see two txn done by your side in my system so we can't take any action . I asked her i made only one payment in app as well same only one txn visible please tell me how to i get reverse after hold more than 15 minutes she unable to do did anything even not raised any request of disputed txn . Any how i already shooted mail to icici first level grievance .
Till now no clue this is 3rd time experience before with BOB i faced with paytm but i was in safe mode in two txn amount not deducted after sometimes due to rupay payment n/w issue.
Now icici deducted twice after final call with icici care she told kindly wait next 30 working days to refund automatically it seems to scary.
Even i tried to raise first time dispute for following txn it asking me to block card permanently with no other options.
Kindly share some experience if any one pass through .

Check your credit available balance.
You will also get another sms/email and showing available balance with your transaction statement.
I think some system error, money debited one time but showing 2 times on your statement with same UPI ref no.
It's debited including outstanding added for same repeated transactions.
