Fair enough..
My issue as a customer is, for whatever reason if they can't sort out basic issues like how to treat a failed transaction, then the product should not have been in production..
That's all , it is simple from my perspective as a customer..
They can call whatever they want, launched. Or soft launched or whatever..
Not trying to debate with you, just telling my point of view as a customer..
Meanwhile I lost atleast 2*2300 on my failed two transactions..
Now please tell me if all of us had complained like
