ICICI rupay Coral Rupay CC transaction failure refund issue.

Every single person I read in this forum (including me) had to raise a dispute, with out which they are not entertaining any refunds.. absolutely there is no automatic refund happened in any of these cases..
How come you got automatic refund for all your failed transactions.. How many you did? and when?
Have you done all these transactions are iMobile App?

This is the first time I am hearing , that they are not provinding temp credt.. Please try the way I suggested.
You can actually raise the dispute on iMobile App by goind to transaction history

They were saying that we could have provided u temporary limit had u contacted us before the bill generation day ,since ur bill has been generated we can't do anything and also told me to raise a dispute before bill generation day so that they can provide me the limit and I wouldn't have to pay anything

you mean statement generation date... Now understood.. Yes, as soon as transaction fails after say 2 to 3 days you have to raise a dispute...

Completely understood.. Hence they haven't implemented the software correctly..
The transaction can fail for 'N" number of reasons.. when it fails the refund should happen automatically... so it is the software implementation issue with regard to CC on UPI...
So, here the biggest takeaway is "don't use this card until this issue gets resolved "

YES, applies especially to BIG transactions... anything less than 200 to 500 , we can take risk..
or put it another way.
we can do big transactions in the first half of statement period... so that we can get temp credit..

Again not all transactions are failing... some, we don't what those some are...

If someone has other rupay cards, can use those until this issue resolves

So, please suggest me the safest app to do upi transactions with less failure rate. I have Paytm,Bhim, Phonepe,Gpay,Payzapp,I mobile and Groww(Please don't say cred, I don't use it). From this list which one has best success rate and hassle free refund?

you will never get refund automatically ...
You need to raise a dispute and then ICICI guys will provide you temp credit and will finish their investingation in 9 weeks, and GOD knows what happens after that..
None our community users have passed that 9 weeks mark yet..
Does raising dispute blocks and reissue the card? When I click on raise dispute it automatically selects block and reissue off card. Can't we skip it?

It should not. You have to go to transactions history and disputes tab and select the transaction and raise dispute.
this you have to do in iMobile app. it should not block the card and reissue.

One thing I am not getting is the fact that on one side they are saying it wil take a maximum of 30 days to get the refund. But on raising the dispute the resolution time is 9 weeks!
