ICICI rupay Coral Rupay CC transaction failure refund issue.

Yes POS has no issue,only UPI refund issue is there for time being, hope it'll resolved soon
Yeah that's true but this refund issue won't be there for lifetime
When banks like yes,axis have resolved this issue,I don't think these are going to last long with ICICI.

They will solve quickly if they receive too many complaints regarding this.
I will check every day with transaction of Re 1/- to know whether problem is solved or not

Many Payment Aggregators, Payment Gateway firms, Credit Card issuers, Banks n other players in the payments-settlement space DO NOT HAVE their systems/servers running on a 24x7 basis. Even though they claim so, in reality, many do have a EOD-SOD down time in their so-called fully online service models.
So, to avoid such trxn-drops n failed Trxns, I always do my Trxns during 9-to-6 to the extent possible.
For ex. Today at 01.00 am, I tried to send money from my SBI a/c to my HDFC a/c by using UPI-id. It failed with the remark - invalid id. The same trxn, repeated exactly at 10.00 am today went off without any issue. The problem could be at either end or anywhere in between - as more than 6 players are involved in each trxn. Anyone's server is down means the trxn is down. SBI n HDFC will have (I know they have) full hot-standby, mirrored sites n can handle non-stop 24 hour business. But, the very many intermediaries are NOT equipped to do so.

Is it good to have ICICI rupay debit card, any ott/medical/spa benefits on rupay debit card, can I request for rupay varient card as my debit card going to renew

I am also facing the similar issue. I made a transaction on past 17th Aug through Imobile. The transaction was declined but the amount is not reversed yet. CC is saying to wait for 9 weeks although the bill is generated. What should I do now. Should I raise a dispute & ask for temp limit on my card.
Finally able to get my refund back today. I had raised complaint via customer care and twitter. But you have to raise transaction dispute issue before the bill generation date, so that they can give you a temporary credit limit until you get back the refund. You should push your issue, tell them that the refund timeline is only for 30 days.

I raised the Service Request via IMobile App after 2 days from the transaction date. After waiting for a week, i called the customer care & sent an email , but both the time he told me to wait till 30th sept. (Transaction date- 17aug). What should i do.. ! My bill is raised now & last date is 25th sept.
