It should not. You have to go to transactions history and disputes tab and select the transaction and raise dispute.
this you have to do in iMobile app. it should not block the card and reissue.

ICICI will block the card if we raise dispute through iMobile app. I tried now l, without blocking Bank never allows to go forward. I tried with net banking and I successfully raised dispute without card block

Okay, Thank you for letting us know and thanks for correcting me

In my case, I actually tried in iMobile . But never went thru all the steps till the end. In between I called CC and talked to CC dispute team and they raised a dispute for me.

I thought we could also do the same in the app as well.

@Bhaskar , Please note that you can raise dispute in netbanking not in the app
Or by calling Customer Support..

I got my money deducted for failed transactions on payzapp using Kotak CC.
However, kotak refunded the money back in 3-4 days without any complaint raised.
Small transactions and one big transaction of 11900 as well.

Good to know.
It never happened to me for Coral Rupay for my ~ 25 failed transactions. I will keep an eye on this and see this case happens to me also and share it once it happens

Today also I faced transaction failure on BHIM with HDFC RuPay card. But reversal/refund was instant. So, I think problem is with ICICI RuPay card only.

It seems paytm is also working well, only thing is it doesn't default to Rupay CC , we have to manually choose ..it seems like few times..

In the last month, out of nearly 100 transactions on kiwi all did go through on 1st attempt without any hassle. Kiwi seems to have ironed out the initial wrinkles in their system.

Yes, the problem is with ICICI Coral Rupay only, this was my point of view from the beginning.
The issue is not about failures, it's about refunds
It was a half baked implementation

Actually as far as I remember, there was never an SMS sent by ICICI for Coral Rupay transations... I couldnot exactly remember though... Next time I will observe...
But there was definitely an email notification...

EDIT: Just checked my phone, never recieved SMS

YES...email alert is instant as other ICICI CC's. Anyways i'm gonna report this NO SMS alert to ICICI.
